Role and responsibilities
- Deliver engaging and inclusive lessons to KS2 students, following the national curriculum.
- Support and guide students in their academic, social, and emotional development.
- Create a safe and supportive classroom environment that encourages active participation and growth.
- Collaborate with colleagues to plan and deliver a well-rounded educational experience.
- Maintain accurate records of students' progress and provide feedback to students and parents.
- Contribute to the school community through extra-curricular activities and school events.
Requirements and Qualifications
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
- Experience teaching in Key Stage 2
- Sound knowledge of the national curriculum and assessment procedures.
- Strong classroom management skills and the ability to engage and motivate young learners.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proactive and adaptable approach to teaching and learning.
