Supply Teacher

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan and deliver engaging and effective lessons in line with the curriculum
• Create a safe, inclusive, and stimulating classroom environment that promotes learning
• Monitor and assess pupils’ progress, providing feedback to ensure continued development
• Work collaboratively with colleagues to ensure a cohesive approach to teaching and learning
• Manage classroom behaviour effectively, ensuring a positive and productive learning atmosphere
• Communicate regularly with parents and carers, providing updates on pupils’ progress and achievements
• Contribute to the wider school community and participate in school events and activities
• Support the continued development of school initiatives and teaching practices

Key Requirements:

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) is required.
• Well-organised and able to plan and deliver effective lessons with excellent classroom management
• Proven track record of improving pupils’ progress and attainment
• Commitment to the development of the whole school and a willingness to engage in professional development
• Passion for Teaching: You're dedicated to inspiring and educating young minds.
• Adaptability: Flexibility, reliability, and a positive attitude are key.
• DBS or willingness to obtain one.
