Key Responsibilities as a Supply Teacher:

  • Deliver pre-planned, engaging lessons across various subjects and year groups, in line with school curriculum.
  • Manage classroom behaviour effectively to ensure a positive learning environment.
  • Adapt teaching methods to meet the needs of different students.
  • Provide feedback on student progress to school staff.

Requirements of a Supply Teacher :

  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
  • Ability to commute to schools in Luton, Leighton Buzzard and Dunstable areas and potentially surrounding areas.
  • Strong classroom management skills
  • Adaptability and the ability to work independently.
