- Create, prepare, and implement the Inspection Test Plan (ITP) and related directives, procedures, and instructions to support quality initiatives.
- Develop and manage quality control and quality assurance processes, ensuring all contract requirements are met.
- Review inquiry documents and prepare QA/QC documentation for quotation submissions.
- Prepare and maintain product specifications and process procedures, including monitoring approvals (Agility System).
- Control contract quality plans and track Quality Plans (QPs) daily.
- Oversee Corrective and Preventive Actions (CAPAs) and Engineering Change Requests (ECRs).
- Maintain and manage weld and welder qualifications where applicable.
- Ensure specification updates align with Engineering requirements.
- Track QA compliance updates, incorporating relevant design codes (e.g., ASME, API).
- Provide quality support across departments, including Sales, Operations, Production Engineering, Manufacturing, and Test.
- Lead or participate in quality improvement projects.
- Conduct internal, external, and supplier quality audits.
- Check material certifications for compliance with standards.
- Approve supplier ITPs and procedures.
- At least 5 years of experience in a Quality Assurance Engineering role.
- Experience with ISO 9001 OR AS 9100
- Ability to interpret technical drawings.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel.
- UK passport holder (dual nationality permitted, with British as the primary nationality).
- Familiarity with PCN/SNT standards.
