What will this person be doing?
- Inspection of PCB assemblies, making sure they adhere to the IPC-A-610 Class 3 standard
- Inspection of box-build product and mechanical assemblies using customer drawings
- Issuing and signing off certificates of conformity
- Inspecting goods inward - PCBs, metal work, plastic parts
- Inspection and evaluation of returned products, also completing RMA submissions for customers
- Identifying and reporting significant product defects
- Audit product in accordance with defined build instructions and IPC-A-610 standard and ensure all deviations are clearly logged
- Compliance with the company Quality Standard and procedures
Essential Skills
- 2+ years exp. In a similar role
- Understanding Factory Logix (Aegis)
- Component knowledge and identification skills
- Ability to follow customer drawings
- ESD Awareness
- Experience compiling First Article
- Understanding and use of QMS system
