Senior Quantity surveyor required for RC frame/Groundworks Contractor based in Bedfordshire Luton LU4
The successful Candidate will work on a varied and wide range of projects with values ranging from 1m - 5m They will have a track record of delivering projects from pre construction stage through to final account
The ability to produce accurate and detailed valuations
Commercially aware
Work well within a Team
Strong Negotiating skills
Excellent Communication and Presentation skills
Good IT skills
This will include but not limited to the below:
Monthly valuations
Daily variation costings
Site measures
Weekly and monthly cost meetings
Assist accounts with invoicing costs
Tendering packages and scrutinising all subcontractor costs
Job costings
Keeping good communication with the client at all times
Reviewing drawings for changes
Estimating
Degree or equivalent qualification and relevant experience in RC Frame Groundworks
Very attractive package paid 52 weeks of the year , 28 days holiday including bank holidays , fuel card for daily commute for right candidate also provided
