The role involves managing projects with values ranging from £100,000 to £1,000,000 across various sectors including Sport & Leisure, Healthcare, and Education.
Candidates should have experience in delivering post-contract work to Final Accounts and managing contracts effectively.
The ideal applicant will have UK experience in Internals, Fit-Out, Refurbs, and Maintenance, particularly involving flooring packages.
This position allows for a hybrid work schedule of three days in the office and two days remote, making it suitable for self-motivated individuals who are good team players.

Person Spec

Able to deliver post contract work to Final Accounts
Experience working onprojects within Internals, Fit-Out, Refurbs, Maintenance that would involve involving flooring packages.
