Marks Consulting Partners are currently looking for a Senior Property Manager to work with one of our Private Practice clients in Luton.

What the job will be doing

  • Lead and inspire the property management team, setting clear goals, direction, and expectations to ensure high performance across all aspects of property management.
  • Mentor and guide property managers and staff, developing their skills and career paths while ensuring alignment with company goals and objectives.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for senior leadership regarding property management strategy, issues, and performance.
  • Set clear standards for property maintenance and ensure that high standards are consistently met across all properties.
  • Ensure that the property management function adheres to the company’s internal policies and procedures, while also staying current with industry changes and legal requirements.
  • Lead in the resolution of any significant issues that arise, ensuring that the team is equipped to handle challenges efficiently and effectively.
  • Provide clear and calm leadership in crisis situations (e.g. emergencies, disputes, significant maintenance issues), ensuring that business continuity is maintained and risks are minimized.
