Recruitment Administrator

Responsibilities

Administration and data entry of candidate information

Searching for suitable candidates via internal / external databases and job boards

Contacting candidates matching the required job description

Telephone assessment of candidates against job description

Registering / interviewing / in-depth profiling of candidates

Organising interviews for candidates as requested by the client

Informing candidates about the results of their interviews

Using social media to advertise positions, attract candidates and build relationships with new candidates as well and employers

General day to day support to the Technical & Engineering team

Person Specification

Excellent communication skills, written and verbal

Good PC skills (Word, Excel, Outlook)

Good organisational and administration skills.

Able to work on own initiative

Self-starter / quick learner

Energetic and motivated with a positive "can do" attitude

Good attention to detail

Able to multitask and manage a busy workload in a hectic environment

Working Hours

Monday to Friday 8am-4pm

Salary - dependent on experience
