What You'll Be Doing: As a Trainee Recruitment Consultant, you’ll dive into dynamic daily operations with the full support of our experienced team, including:

· Building strong relationships with prospective clients through strategic calls and visits

· Recruiting top candidates to match client requirements.

· Using innovative marketing and advertising strategies to attract the best talent.

· Managing bookings and delivering seamless service to clients and candidates.

· Resolving queries with professionalism and ensuring exceptional customer service.

· Take part in the shared out of hours on call duties which is rotated on a weekly basis
