Role Overview: We are seeking a diligent and organized Reprographics Assistant to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing high-quality reprographic services, ensuring that all departments have the resources they need to deliver outstanding education.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide a comprehensive printing, finishing, and photocopying service for all school departments.
  • Prioritize and manage workload to ensure the efficient delivery of reprographic services.
  • Prepare orders for printing and photocopying supplies, maintaining effective stock control.
  • Monitor paper and copier usage, collaborating with departments to minimize costs.
  • Utilize relevant ICT packages including Word, Excel, and Google Suite.
  • Liaise with IT staff regarding maintenance and operation of reprographic equipment.
  • Undertake any other reasonable tasks as directed by the School Business Manager or Headteacher.
