Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and target new business opportunities within the M&E and FM sectors
  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve company objectives
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders
  • Conduct market research to stay ahead of industry trends and competitor activities
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop impactful sales materials and campaigns
  • Deliver persuasive presentations and proposals to potential clients
  • Negotiate contracts and close deals to meet or exceed sales targets
  • Report on sales activities, pipeline status, and forecasts to senior management

What We're Looking For:

  • A minimum of 5 years' experience in business development, preferably within the M&E and FM sectors
  • Demonstrated success in achieving sales targets and driving business growth
  • Strong B2B sales skills, with a strategic approach to client acquisition
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building abilities
  • Self-motivated, able to work independently and collaboratively within a hybrid setup
  • Proficiency in CRM software and the Microsoft Office Suite
