Remote working with monthly travel to our Luton office
Base salary of 23.4k + quarterly bonus up to 500

Your daily responsibilities will include processing job orders from our clients, uploading them into our system to be distributed to our branches, assign candidates to bookings, and keep systems and portals updated with accurate information.

About the role:
- Provide a full end-to-end recruitment service to clients wishing to have one central point of contact with Brook Street
- Confirm, where applicable, that branch contacts fully understand the clients' individual servicing requirements
- Upload all client orders and CVs submitted, via internal and client portal systems
- Ensure all orders are fully compliant with the clients' agreed SLA and distributed to the relevant branch contacts accordingly
- Co-ordinate and monitor activity that adds value to all parties
- Drive 100% fulfilment through coaching, questioning and supporting PSR branches
- Work with the Account Managers to improve the client and operational staff knowledge and processes
- Establish and maintain strong client and internal relationships via telephone and email communication
- Interpret instructions and any issues arising and then implement actions as required
- Establish and maintain effective working relationships with the branches, relevant Head Office departments, all levels within Operations, Sales Managers and the Senior Management team
- Ensure that all requests that come through from Operations are dealt with in a positive and solutions based way
