Academics Ltd is collaborating with an outstanding school in Luton to appoint an English teacher starting January 2025. We are looking for a dedicated and fully qualified teacher (with QTS) who is passionate about English and excels in classroom management.
The ideal candidate will:
- Be passionate about English and an excellent practitioner with high expectations and strong classroom management skills.
- Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging and interactive lessons to students of all abilities.
- Have a keen interest in the science of learning and a commitment to continuous improvement.
- Demonstrate excellent organizational and interpersonal skills, and contribute effectively to a team.

Requirements:
- Degree in English or a related field.
- Relevant teaching qualification (PGCE or QTS).
- Experience with online teaching platforms.
- Strong knowledge of the English curriculum and teaching techniques.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
