Overview

We are seeking an enthusiastic and passionate Maths Teacher to join a secondary school in Luton. Key Responsibilities:
  • Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging and challenging Maths lessons in line with the national curriculum for KS3 and KS4.
  • Adapt teaching approaches to meet the diverse learning needs of students, ensuring all are able to access the material and achieve their best.
  • Regularly assess and track student progress, providing constructive feedback and identifying areas for improvement.
  • Prepare students for exams, including GCSEs, by equipping them with the knowledge and skills needed for success.

  • Manage classroom behavior effectively, ensuring that the learning environment is conducive to education.

Essential Qualifications and Experience:
  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
  • Experience teaching Maths at secondary level (KS3 and KS4).
  • Strong subject knowledge and a passion for teaching Maths.
  • Proven ability to differentiate teaching to meet the needs of students with varying abilities.
