• Qualified teacher status and experience delivering excellent English lessons.
• A willingness and commitment to developing and sharing outstanding teaching practice.
• The ability to work in partnership with students, parents, staff, academy council, and the wider community.
• A demonstrable commitment to inclusive teaching and learning.
• The appropriate motivation to work with young people.
• The ability to use data to inform target setting and planning.
