About the Role:

Responsibilities:
- Classroom Support: Provide direct support to teachers in the classroom, assisting with lesson delivery, student supervision, and classroom management.
- Individualised Support: Work with individual students to provide additional academic or behavioral support, adapting your approach to their needs.
- Differentiated Instruction: Assist with implementing differentiated instruction to support diverse learners.
- Administrative Tasks: Complete administrative tasks as assigned by teachers, including marking, preparing resources, and managing equipment.
- Collaborative Teamwork: Work effectively as part of a team, collaborating with teachers, support staff, and other professionals.
Requirements:
- HLTA Qualification: Hold a valid HLTA qualification.
- Experience: Proven experience working as an HLTA in a UK school setting.
- Passion for Education: A genuine passion for supporting student learning and a commitment to creating a positive learning environment.
- Strong Communication: Excellent communication skills for interacting effectively with teachers, students, and colleagues.
- Adaptability: Ability to adapt to different teaching styles and learning needs.
- Teamwork: Experience working collaboratively within a team to support student success.
