The Role:
- As a Higher Level Teaching Assistant, you will support pupils on a 1:1 basis.
- Foster the growth and development of children, ensuring their educational journey begins positively.
- Assist children with SEND needs, tailoring your support to create an inclusive environment.
- Build rapport with each child and provide emotional support.
Requirements:
- Available to work 08:30 to 16:00, Monday to Friday.
- Recent experience with children in a school or similar environment is preferred; general experience with children in the UK is essential.
- Must have a Level 4 Teaching Assistant qualification.
- Enjoy working with children and witnessing their progress.
- Have or be willing to apply for a Child Only DBS.
- Live in Luton or within a commutable distance.
