Field Service Engineer (UPS)

The day-to-day responsibilities include performing startups, routine maintenance, and emergency repairs on UPS and power systems, delivering expert technical advice to clients, and maintaining strong relationships with customers, sales teams, and distributors. You'll be traveling to client sites throughout the UK, troubleshooting and repairing equipment from various manufacturers, and working closely with the service direction team to ensure top-tier customer satisfaction.

This role would suit a Field Service Engineer with a background in electrical/electronic engineering, particularly in the power systems or UPS industries, looking to further their career in a dynamic and fast-paced environment with opportunities for growth.

The Role:

  • Perform startups, maintenance, and emergency repairs on UPS, batteries, power distribution, and site monitoring equipment
