We have an exciting opportunity for a Transport/Service Coordinator who is looking to join our motivated and committed team.

Main Responsibilities include:

  • Prepare and complete orders for delivery or collection
  • Receive and process goods through scanning system
  • computerised Stock taking
  • Keep a clean and safe working environment and optimise space utilisation

  • Enforcing health standards, safety and security procedures
  • Enforcing company rules and regulations
  • Coordinate inbound and outbound logistics with suppliers, transport companies, and customers.
  • Update Costs for incoming purchase orders.
  • Ensure timely delivery and distribution of goods.
  • Manage day-to-day relationships with B2B Customers and carriers.
  • Oversee daily warehouse operations, including receiving, storing, inventory management, and dispatching goods.
  • Monitor inventory levels and implement effective inventory control measures - Stock takes + cycle counts
  • Implement and improve standard operating procedures to enhance operational efficiency.
  • Order Fulfilment: Accurate and timely processing, picking, packing, and delivery of all online/B2C customer orders, returns, and exchanges.

  • Maintain a safe and organised work environment, adhering to health and safety regulations.
  • Co-ordinating people/rotas & tasks
  • Operate and maintain preventative warehouse vehicles and equipment
  • Inspecting and approving the quality and quantity of goods or equipment
  • Liaise with customer service to ensure their requirements are met.
  • Handle support tickets effectively and in a timely manner.
  • Customer Journey: Strive to achieve 10/10 Customer Experience with prompt processing and delivery, accurate picking, and beautiful, sustainable packaging.
  • Managing staff, building teams, training employees and monitoring production performance

Fork lift licence required for this role.
