Position will be mostly EXPORTS and CROSS TRADE Trade with some IMPORT - No airfreight.

Good Ocean Freight experience is essential

Monday to Friday 9-5.30 - 3 days min in office per week. 2 days WFH

Salary c拢35k Candidate can be based in an office close to Luton or possibly based near Purfleet (has the choice) but will be required to travel 1- 2 days a week to Luton

Job Purpose: Provides high level of customer service, satisfaction and operational compliance Key Activities:

As part of the operations team learn all customer processes and be ready to support colleagues as required

Provides high level of service for primarily OFR (but also other modes when required) customers and learn and develop skills relating worldwide event logistics.

Drives own performance and challenges others positively to achieve KPIs

Participates in reviews with team to identify areas of improvement, reviewing KPIs and enhancing overall service quality

Collaborates with operations and warehouse team and other functions to ensure smooth customer-related process flow Skills & Experience & Educational Qualifications: 路

Minimum three years Operations (OFR) experience with an excellent knowledge of Operations processes and systems and ideally experience of using CW1 and MSExcel. 路 A proven ability to identify and meet customer and operational needs in a professional and friendly manner. 路 Ability to understand and work within prescribed processes to achieve KPI鈥檚. 路 Results driven and good attention to detail 路 Good written and spoken English and excellent telephone and e-mail skills. 路 Excellent interpersonal skills 路 Able to prioritise and perform under pressure 路 A good team player with ability to identify and prioritise work for self and others 路 Good commercial attitude 路 A level education or broad GCSE level education
