Rituals, the iconic brand known for luxurious products has a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Store Manager, for their store based within Luton Airport. This is a very busy and dynamic retail environment, where no 2 days are ever the same.

The role is 40 hours per week, managing a team of 7 people - as the role is based at Luton airport, the trading hours are from 4am to 10pm daily, you would work a mixture of shifts, either an early shift from 4am, or a late shift, up to 10pm, with middle shifts as well. You must be flexible across all 7 days of the week.
Ideal candidates will have the following:
- Experience in managing a retail store, both operationally and delivering high levels of customer service
- Commercial awareness - ability to drive sales and team performance through managing KPI's and coaching and motivating a team to deliver amazing service
- A passion for working with a team, being hands-on in the role and leading by example every day - great communication skills, motivation and inspiring management style
- Ability to make decisions quickly and responsibly problem solving

Youll work closely with your Area Manager to put our local business strategy into place as well as continuously reach performance targets and take charge with effective leadership. Youll lead by example and coach your team to deliver an excellent customer experience!
Youll also define daily objectives and actions to drive KPIs, develop monthly plans based on productivity targets, ensure excellent store administration, manage inventory and day-to-day operations and drive employee wellbeing and engagement with regular 1-to-1s and making a genuine connection with your team by celebrating success!
