Belmont Recruitment are looking to speak with experienced Recovery Workers, for a rolling fixed term contract available working in Luton at an NHS service(3 months+).

Purpose of the role:

To manage a caseload of substance misuse clients and carry out referrals, assessments, care plans, 1:1 and groups work, relapse prevention, titration, social prescribing and all other duties carried out by a recovery worker. All these skills are not necessary but the more would bebetter.

The post holders focus will be to support local service users facing mainly opiate addiction and use OST to help them through the recovery process and facilitating groups ad carrying out 1-1 work whilst managing a caseload, you will deliver prescribing interventions, working in partnership with medical colleagues; titration, monitor and review maintenance regimes, detoxification.

This position is full-time working (9-5).

Paying 20p/h.
