This role is predominantly remote with the occasional requirement to work in the Luton office

Hours: 20 Hours per week

Salary: £13:15 per hour

An excellent opportunity has now arisen for a Support Worker for the visually impaired to join our client’s successful team. This position is predominantly remote, allowing you the flexibility to work from home whilst supporting the Senior HR professional.

Duties of a Support Worker:

  • Provide exceptional verbal communication and support.
  • Provide the integral tasks that allows them to access her role. 
  • Reading aloud inaccessible documents like data graphics, building aesthetic slide decks from my written content and instruction, sighted guiding me at events/in office, etc.

What we would like from you:

  • English must be your first language or at an excellent level.
  • Previous experience supporting the visually impaired in a workplace setting is a plus, but not essential.
  • Intermediate level in PowerPoint and Excel.
  • Must be available to work in the Luton office occasionally.

Information and work will be at Senior HR level.

IT equipment will be provided.
