  • Engage with youth offenders in both 1:1 sessions and small group settings, building trust and aiding in their rehabilitation.
  • Help develop essential skills for social reintegration, responsibility, and positive lifestyle choices.
  • Work alongside probation officers, social workers, and educators to provide comprehensive support to young offenders.

What We're Looking For:

  • A criminology graduate with a strong passion for youth justice and a genuine desire to work with young people facing challenges.
  • Experience in a related role is a plus but not required; full training and ongoing support will be provided.
  • A calm, patient, and empathetic approach to working with vulnerable individuals.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and collaborate effectively within a team.
