What You'll Be Doing:

• Support young people exhibiting challenging behaviours, helping them overcome difficulties and reduce the likelihood of reoffending.
• Collaborate in the creation and delivery of individualized intervention plans to promote positive behavioural changes.
• Engage with youth offenders in both 1:1 sessions and small group settings, building trust and aiding in their rehabilitation.
• Help develop essential skills for social reintegration, responsibility, and positive lifestyle choices.
• Work alongside probation officers, social workers, and educators to provide comprehensive support to young offenders.

What We're Looking For:

• A criminology graduate with a strong passion for youth justice and a genuine desire to work with young people facing challenges.
• Experience in a related role is a plus but not required; full training and ongoing support will be provided.
• A calm, patient, and empathetic approach to working with vulnerable individuals.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and collaborate effectively within a team.
• A proactive attitude and a sincere commitment to making a difference in the lives of young people.
• Ability to commute to Luton.
