Tripod Partners is Looking for a Qualified Social worker with experience in Family and Children Safeguarding.
Job Description:
- Assess the needs of children and families, analysing information to support the development of care plans.
- To work closely with children, young people and their families, other staff within the service and partner agencies to provide support and protection for children and young people in need and at risk.
- Assessing their needs to plan and implement suitable multi-agency interventions and service provisions, including completing assessments, statutory visits and parenting assessment.
Requirements:
- 3+ years PQE Perm
- Degree in Social Work
- Own Vehicle with Buisness Insurance
Pay Rate: Up to £38 per hour
