SEN Teaching Assistant Responsibilities:
- Assist students with SEN in their academic and emotional development.
- Support pupils with managing their behaviour using positive and creative approaches.
- Encourage engagement and assist with tasks in class, both individually and in small groups.
- Provide support with personal care when necessary.
- Work closely with the teaching and support staff to create an inclusive and supportive learning environment.
- Foster a caring and nurturing environment for all pupils.
SEN Teaching Assistant Requirements:
- Experience with children and/or young people is desirable but not essential.
- A caring, energetic, and enthusiastic approach to supporting students.
- Ability to commute to and around Luton.
