Faculty Lead - Business, Enterprise and Computer Science

Key Duties
Lead the development of the Business, Enterprise, and IT curriculum, providing subject expertise and guiding the delivery of mastery programmes.
Be accountable for student achievement in Business and IT.
Collaborate with subject colleagues across the trust to support strategic development, share good practice, and plan joint activities.
Represent the school positively at local, regional, and national levels.
The Successful Candidate Will:
Be an experienced leader with the ability to manage staff effectively.
Be a qualified teacher or current leader of Business and IT, with experience in teaching at KS4 and KS5.
Have a proven track record of driving improvement.
Hold a Master's degree (desirable).
Be able to teach across the 11-18 age range.
Promote educational success and outstanding student outcomes through strong leadership.
Have excellent communication skills, inspiring and motivating staff while implementing new ideas.
Have experience working in a large multicultural school environment.
Be committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children and young people.
Job Specifics
Start Date: April 2025 or September 2025
Salary: AST 1-12 31,756 - 49,544 plus Head of Faculty allowance 5,646
Job Role: Permanent, Full-time
