Are you an experienced procurement professional with a passion for supplier governance and third-party risk management? This is an exciting opportunity to play a pivotal role in shaping and implementing a comprehensive Third Party Risk Management (TPRM) framework for one of the UK's most innovative and fast-paced organisations in the aviation sector.

�? What You'll Do:

  • Lead TPRM Development: Design and implement a robust framework addressing risks such as Modern Slavery, ESG Compliance, Anti-Bribery, and Sanctions.
  • Drive Supplier Governance: Collaborate with procurement, compliance, legal, sustainability, and digital safety teams to embed risk management into supplier relationships.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Build trusted relationships across all levels of the business, up to Audit Committee and AMB.
  • Process & Technology: Optimise TPRM tools and processes, integrating risk insights into procurement systems like EcoVadis or Coupa.
  • Continuous Improvement: Champion supplier due diligence, reporting, and compliance activities aligned with legislation and corporate policies.

  • Proven expertise in Third Party Risk Management, Supplier Management, and Procurement Leadership.
  • Strong stakeholder management skills, including engagement with C-suite executives.
  • Knowledge of ESG, sustainability, and governance best practices.
  • Hands-on experience with procurement tools (e.g., EcoVadis, Coupa, Ariba).
  • Analytic mindset, with the ability to deliver meaningful insights and actionable recommendations.
