We are looking for a dedicated professional who is passionate about the automotive industry and eager to contribute to a dynamic team.

Position: Vehicle Technician

Location: Luton

Working Hours:

5-day working week (8-hour days)
1 in 4 weekends required

Salary: 30,000 to 38,000 + Bonuses & Overtime

Key Responsibilities:

Perform diagnostic testing to identify vehicle faults.
Conduct repairs and maintenance on a range of vehicles to the highest standards.
Ensure all work is completed efficiently and accurately within dealership and manufacturer guidelines.
Carry out vehicle inspections and MOT tests (if qualified).
Maintain accurate records of all work carried out.
Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring customer satisfaction.
Keep up-to-date with the latest automotive technology and industry trends.
Adhere to health and safety regulations at all times.

Requirements:

Proven experience as a Vehicle Technician in a main dealer or independent garage.
Relevant qualifications (e.g., NVQ/City & Guilds Level 3 in Vehicle Maintenance and Repair).
MOT Tester qualification is desirable but not essential.
Strong diagnostic skills and proficiency with automotive systems and technology.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work.
Valid UK driving license.
