Key Responsibilities:
- Inventory Management:Accurately receive, inspect, and store incoming goods. Ensure inventory records are meticulously maintained.
- Order Fulfillment:Efficiently pick, pack, and dispatch orders to meet customer requirements and deadlines.
- Quality Control:Conduct regular quality checks to ensure products meet company standards. Report any discrepancies or damages promptly.
- Health and Safety:Adhere to all health and safety regulations, promoting a safe working environment. Participate in safety training sessions.
- Team Collaboration:Work collaboratively with team members to achieve operational goals. Assist in training new staff as required.
Requirements:
- Experience:Previous experience in a warehouse or logistics environment is highly desirable.
- Physical Stamina:Ability to lift and move heavy items and stand for extended periods.
- Attention to Detail:Strong attention to detail and accuracy in handling inventory and orders.
- Communication Skills:Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Flexibility:Willingness to work various shifts, including weekends and evenings, as required.
