A well-established and reputable fabrication business based in Luton is looking for an experienced TIG Welder to join their growing team. This is a fantastic opportunity for a skilled welder who takes pride in producing high-quality, precise work. The role offers stability, variety, and the potential to go permanent after a successful temporary period.

As a TIG Welder, youll be working on a range of fabrication projects that require a meticulous approach and a high standard of workmanship. Youll need to read and interpret technical drawings, and your welding work must be neat, tidy, and meet strict quality requirements.

• Carry out TIG welding on various materials and components
• Read and interpret engineering and technical drawings accurately
• Produce clean, high-quality welds to exact specifications
• Perform quality checks on your own work to ensure standards are met
• Maintain a tidy and safe working environment
• Complete a practical welding test as part of the recruitment process

• Minimum 4 years experience as a TIG Welder
• Ability to read and work from technical drawings
• Excellent attention to detail with a focus on producing tidy, accurate work
• Reliable, punctual, and able to work as part of a team
• Willingness to undertake a practical weld test

• Additional welding or fabrication experience
• Familiarity with different materials and welding techniques
• Good understanding of workshop health and safety protocols

• £15 per hour
• Temp to Perm position with the potential for long-term employment
