The successful applicant will report into the Department Team Leader and will be given on site training. If you have previous Finance Administration experience and are keen to start a new challenge working in a dynamic team, this Finance Administration position could be ideal for you.
What does the Finance Administrator role involve?
- Provide exceptional customer service, answering telephone calls and emails, in a polite, positive, and courteous manner.
- Ensure all customer/supplier queries are actioned and resolved on time.
- Create quotes for National accounts and follow up accordinglyÂ
- Effectively supporting the branch network with various Finance administrative tasks.

What skills are we looking for in an Finance Administrator?
- You will have experience working within a busy office environment.
- Be extremely organised with the ability to plan your workload, have an aptitude for figures, good IT skills including Excel.
- Have excellent communication and customer service skills.
- The ability to naturally generate relationships both locally and remotely.
- Be a good team player, adaptable and versatile, with a strong work ethic.
- A flexible and positive attitude towards your work is essential
