Job Title: Production Plant Operator
Location: Manufacturing Facility in Coventry

Role Overview:
Join a 24-hour manufacturing operation producing medical-grade fibre, fabric rolls, and X-ray detectable threads. Work as part of a small shift team, ensuring quality and safety standards are met in chemical and mechanical production processes.

Key Responsibilities:
- Report to the Production Supervisor or Manager.
- Operate machinery such as drying plants, spinning lines, wrapping, winding, and cutting equipment.
- Perform quality checks, process sampling, and follow SOPs.
- Maintain safety, conduct cleaning, and assist with audits.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives and comply with HS&E standards.

Skills and Competencies:
- Strong safety awareness and teamwork.
- Effective communication and problem-solving skills.
- Flexible and reliable, with plant or cleanroom experience preferred.
- Familiarity with lean manufacturing and Kaizen principles is a plus.

Pay and Benefits:
- Basic Pay: £11.44/hour
- Shift Bonus: £6.73/day (based on attendance).
- Overtime: £17.16/hour (after 36.5 hours).
- Sunday Rate: £22.88/hour.
- Skill-based Pay Increases.

Shift Pattern:
- Monday to Wednesday, 7:50 AM to 8:00 PM (36.5 hours/week).
