Part - time 29 hours per week -Remote working with the occasional requirement to visit the Lutterworth Office

Our client - a membership organisation are looking for an experienced individual to manage the Head of and the Deputy Head of Professional Services calendars and in-boxes -supporting workload and prioritisation of time.

Key accountabilities include:

  • Diary Management
  • Booking travel and accommodation - raising purchase orders and checking invoices for approval
  • Arranging internal and external meetings, including the co-ordination and distribution of agendas, including note taking where required.
  • To so-ordinate and populate the monthly departmental activity reports.
  • Maintain the electronic filing and management of documents

Experience required

  • Previous diary management experience - able to work independently and prioritise workload
  • Experienced in the use of Word, Excel and databases
  • Ability to communicate clearly and accurately both written and verbal.
