Working Hours

This role is for a day driver with a start time around 10 AM, working Monday to Friday. Overtime is paid after 42 hours at £22:02 per hour.

Essential Skills

To be successful in the HGV Class 1 Driver role, you'll need to:

  • Hold a current HGV Class 1 licence
  • Understand loading/unloading principles
  • Hold a Driver Certificate of Professional Competence (CPC)
  • Have good communication skills to quickly understand instructions and liaise effectively with colleagues and customers.
  • Have no more than 3 points on your licence
