An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Chef De Partie to join the kitchen team at a prestigious luxury hotel in Leicestershire. This role offers the chance to work in a fine dining environment, delivering exceptional cuisine in both the restaurant and banqueting operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and present high-quality dishes in line with the hotels standards.
- Support the Sous Chef and Head Chef in the smooth running of the kitchen.
- Assist with the creation of menus that highlight seasonal and local ingredients.
- Maintain high standards of hygiene, safety, and cleanliness in all kitchen areas.
- Work collaboratively with the team to deliver outstanding dining experiences for both restaurant and banqueting guests.
Ideal Candidate:
- Previous experience as a Chef De Partie in a fine dining environment, preferably within a luxury hotel.
- Rosette experience is highly desirable.
- Strong knowledge of banqueting and restaurant service.
- A passion for high-quality cuisine and a keen eye for detail.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
