An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Sous Chef to join the kitchen team at a prestigious luxury hotel in Leicestershire. This role offers the chance to work in a fine dining environment, delivering exceptional cuisine in both the restaurant and banqueting operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the Head Chef in managing the kitchen team and ensuring the smooth day-to-day operation of the kitchen.

Ideal Candidate:

  • Proven experience as a Sous Chef in a fine dining environment, preferably within a luxury hotel.
  • Rosette experience is highly desirable.
  • Strong knowledge of banqueting and restaurant service.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
  • A passion for delivering exceptional cuisine and mentoring junior chefs.
