Required Skills - Sous Chef
- Currently a Junior Sous Chef or Sous Chef within a similar role
- Experience working to a 2AA Rosette standard
- Conference and Banqueting experience is essential
- Experienced with volume and managing multiple weddings, events
- Minimise wastage and encourage creative thinking
- Adhere to food safety legislation
- Excellent Kitchen Planning
- Hands on, passionate, Energetic Self-motivated individual
- Manage ordering and controlling of stock
- Passionate about food, standards & results
We are currently recruiting for an experienced Sous Chef to join our client in the Midlands to help maintain the hotels high standards.
Salary: £50,000.00 per year (dependent on experience)
