- Drive sales growth in the cutting and welding business area, targeting distributors, key accounts, and large end-users.
- Develop and execute strategic growth plans to hit ambitious sales targets.
- Work closely with internal teams and external partners to ensure smooth product launches, efficient customer communications, and high customer retention.
- High frequency of face-to-face meetings with clients to build solid, long-term relationships.
- Be the go-to person for all things Cutting and Welding Technology in your region.
- At least 5 years of experience in a sales or Channel development role within the industrial sector, particularly with distributors and key accounts.
- A consultative approach to sales, able to turn transactional relationships into lasting partnerships.
- Someone who knows how to sell premium products and understands what motivates distributors in this space.
- A technical understanding of gas equipment, welding, and cutting technology would be a bonus, but not essential!
