Field Sales Executive / Business Development Manager - Fire & Security 

  • Basic salary up to £45,000 with uncapped earnings of £65,000 upwards

Our client is a well-established provider of Fire and Security systems, specialising in the installation and maintenance of Fire Alarms, CCTV, Intruder Alarms, and Access Control systems. With over 15 years of industry experience, they have built a strong reputation and a loyal client base.

  • We are seeking an approachable and energetic individual with a strong background in successful sales delivery, preferably gained in a face-to-face, field-based environment. The ideal candidate will possess excellent negotiation skills, strong computer literacy, and a consultative, customer-focused approach to sales.

    A proven track record of achievements and a driven attitude toward success are essential. This role requires resilience, determination, and the stamina to excel in field sales. Key skills include the ability to cold call, cross-sell, up-sell, and proactively identify new business opportunities.

Role Overview 

  • Managing the accounts of our well established clients.

  • Attending site surveys and meetings with clients

  • Following up on completed installations and identify additional sales opportunities

  • Outbound calls to potential clients, booking in introductory meetings

  • Generating quotations /tenders in a timely manner for all clients

  • You'll be field based, working from home, and also in the office 

  • Area of coverage Northampton, Milton Keynes, Leicester, Coventry, Birmingham and surrounding areas
