Role OverviewThe Technical Sales Manager will drive business growth by identifying and developing new opportunities while managing existing client relationships. This role is ideal for someone with a project background looking to enhance their commercial skills. Key requirements include strong stakeholder management, technical expertise, and the ability to create business cases and tenders.
Key Responsibilities-
Develop and maintain relationships with new and existing clients to ensure long-term success.

Identify and create sales opportunities, driving business growth through technical solutions.

Conduct site visits, requirement briefings, and stakeholder engagements.

Support design and installation projects, ensuring successful execution.

Prepare quotations, tenders, Front-End Designs, and business cases.

Work across technical solutions, project management, and business development.

Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth project execution.

Network across different industry sectors, particularly biopharmaceuticals.

Manage and maintain technical documentation.

Mechanical engineering, biotech, or related background.

Experience in fabrication, testing, consulting, and solution engineering.

Strong stakeholder management and networking skills.

Ability to interpret client enquiries and provide tailored solutions.

Experience in project management and technical sales.

Strong communication and problem-solving skills.

Comfortable working on deals ranging from £5K - £5M.

Adaptable to a small team environment, taking on multiple roles as needed.

Work Structure: 4 days in office, 1 day remote after probation.
