Well established Retail Design Agency located in Leicestershire are looking for an Account Manager to join their growing team. Delivering projects from marketing and design through to development and production, this agency specialises in branded retail environments.
This role would suit someone with a background in visual merchandising. Someone who can navigate their way through client challenges and deliver robust solutions that not only delight the client, but keep the agency bottom line happy too

What you will do as Client Services Account Manager:
- Lead on client accounts ensuring client relations are maintained at all levels
- Interpret the clients requirements and brief clearly to creative and production teams
- Experience of design and development processes
- Management of deadlines and budgets
- Demonstrate exceptional organizational skills, able to manage large scale projects
- Impeccable attention to detail, quality control is crucial
- Monitor and review services provided by suppliers and take appropriate action to ensure quality standards are upheld
What you will need as Client Services Account Manager:
- Experience of working in an agency environment in similar role
- Understanding or experience in visual merchandising
- Background working with sport, lifestyle and fashion sectors in retail environment
- Proactive thinker, someone who gets things done
- Adaptable and resilient in a deadline-driven environment
- Expert in MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Adobe Acrobat
- Happy to travel within the UK and Europe/ROW
- Hold a full UK driving license
This role is commutable from across West Midlands, Warwickshire, Leicestershire and Northamptonshire
