We are looking for a CNC Miller Setter/Operator for a manufacturer of precision-engineered components.

Staffline is recruiting CNC Miller Setter Operators in Lutterworth.

This role is 39 hours a week, overtime is paid after 39 hours at a 1.5x rate.

We have a selection of morning, afternoon, and night shifts available for this role.

Morning Shift:
- Monday - Thursday 7am - 2.30pm
- Friday - 7am - 2pm.

Afternoon Shift:
- Monday - Thursday 3.30pm - 11.30pm
- Friday - 3.30pm - 10.30pm

Night Shift:
- Monday - Thursday 11.30pm - 7.30am
- Friday - 11.30pm - 6.30am

Your Time at Work

As a CNC Miller Setter Operator, your duties include:

- Ensuring production of parts is planned and run to time frames while ensuring quality throughout the process.
- Using technical drawings, you will be setting the machinery to ensure accurate manufacturing.
- Have a keen eye for detail, troubleshoot, and resolve machine issues that may arise.

- Experience operating CNC machines with 3/5 axis and experience with Fanuc/Mazatrol.
- HAAS control experience required.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Experience in a similar role
- Self-motivated and able to work independently.
