Our client is an internationally recognised distributor of Volvo Construction Equipment is seeking an experienced sales advisor to join their used parts team in Bruntingthorpe.
The role:
Providing exceptional service to customers youll be processing customer orders and contacting them to discuss any additional needs. Youll be assisting colleagues and customers with:
- technical specifications
- parts suitability
- sales enquiries
- providing stock updates
- processing invoices
Requirement:
- Technical understanding of construction equipment or heavy machinery
- Experience in a vehicle parts/service environment or are/has been a vehicle Technician or Mechanic
- Have strong sales, negotiation and customer service skills
- Be confident using a variety of IT-based applications and systems and sales software
- Have access to transport as there are no public transport links to our site on Bruntingthorpe
