We are looking for a versatile HLTA (Higher Level Teaching Assistant) or an Unqualified Teacher with a big heart, a warm smile, and a passion for working with students of a primary school age.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Provide Support: Assist in the planning, preparation, and delivery of lessons, focusing on students with Social and Emotional Mental Health needs.
2. Emotional Support: Create a nurturing and inclusive classroom environment where students feel safe, valued, and supported emotionally.
3. Individualized Learning: Adapt teaching strategies to meet the diverse needs of students, tailoring approaches to their specific challenges and abilities.
4. Behavior Management: Implement effective behavior management techniques, maintaining a calm and positive atmosphere in the classroom.
5. Collaboration: Work closely with teachers, educational psychologists, and other support staff to develop and implement Individual Education Plans (IEPs).
6. Progress Monitoring: Track student progress and provide regular feedback to teachers, parents, and other stakeholders.
7. Promote Inclusion: Champion inclusive practices and promote the social integration of students with Social and Emotional Mental Health needs.
8. Professional Development: Engage in ongoing professional development to enhance your skills and knowledge in working with these students.

Qualifications and Skills:

* Experience working with students who have Social and Emotional Mental Health challenges (experience as an HLTA or Unqualified Teacher is a plus).
