We are currently recruiting for an experienced Credit Controller to work within a busy Credit Control department in South Leicestershire. You will be part of a much bigger team, in a very busy office.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collections by phone, email and letter
- Managing customer accounts and their credit limits
- Handle queries and resolve any issues
- Ensure compliance is adhered to at all times
- Risk assessment on a regular basis of aged debt
- Weekly and monthly reporting to the Credit Manager
- Refer bad debts and problem accounts promptly
Ideal Candidate:
- At least 2 years of experience in Credit Control
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Keen attention to detail, high level of accuracy
- Great time management and organisation
- Used to working under pressure, and to a high pace
