We are looking for experienced Administrator/Customer Service Assistant to join our client site in Peterborough. You will be working on a shift pattern from Monday to Friday 9.30am till 5.30pm, hourly pay rate is £12.
Candidates must possess enhanced level Excel skills and substantial experience in Costumer Service.
You will be responsible for:
- Providing fleet administration support
- Proactively monitor the fleets to ensure efficiency through administration
- Annual budget trackers and actively forecasting aligned to brand planning including purchase order management
work with other departments to ensure cares are pushed through the operation quickly and effectively, including any repairer handled in timely manner
- Providing support to Customer Service manager with projects and other initiatives as required
- Working closely to brand KPI's
- Order and register vehicles for brans

You will be working on a shift pattern Monday to Friday, 9.30am till 5.30pm and the pay rate is £12 per hour.
