Role - Data Administrator
Location - Lutterworth
Hours - 40 hours per week
Salary up to £27,000
SF Recruitment are currently recruiting for a Data Administrator to work for a growing business in Lutterworth.
As the Data Administrator you will implement and maintain comprehensive, effective administrative and information systems which meet the team/business-specific requirements.
Summary of Key Role Responsibilities:
- Updating databases and internal systems
- Produce daily performance reports, management reports and assist with the production of Key Performance Indicators
- Distribute communications across the network
- Liaise with Suppliers to ensure our requirements as the Customer are met
- Follow up and feedback to line manager on Supplier performance
- Producing & maintaining spreadsheets
- Identify and support process change - including document reviews
- To support the day to day Transport Administration Desk Activities, that includes:
o RTI, NoIP, PCN Collation and reporting, Insurance documentation control, O Licence compliance.
o Fuel monitoring & reporting including Fuel Card control.
o Comprehensive document management support including photocopying, scanning, printing, and ensuring legal compliance
o Dealing with telephone queries to resolve issues promptly
o Dealing with costings and reconciliations
o Any other duties as and when required by management
