Key Responsibilities
- Provide support and guidance to learners, helping them progress through their training journey.
- Offer front-line technical support primarily through online assessment feedback, telephone, and email communication.
- Use an online portfolio system to efficiently manage and track candidates' progress.
- Work closely with the training team to ensure the delivery of top-quality training.
The ideal Domestic Energy Technical Advisor will:
